Site Improvements at Taylorsville High School for Relocatable Classroom Buildings

Site Contractor to perform site improvements for a sixteen-room relocatable classroom building at Taylorsville High School, 5225 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah. This includes items such as: 1. Furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for saw-cutting and trenching of pavement for installation of water, fire sprinkler, and sanitary sewer systems. Repair of pavement, curbs, and other site surfaces at completion. 2. Furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for installation of all pipe for water, fire sprinkler, and sanitary sewer services as described in Drawings. 3. Furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for installation of new structures, curbs, gutters, and other site appurtenances as described in Drawings. 4. Furnishing all labor and equipment for testing and flushing of completed systems. 5. Pressure testing fire sprinkler line per State requirements. Final connection of fire sprinkler line to fire riser of relocatable building.
