Description

United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 795 797 800 Belcourt Pharmacy Renovation & Expansion. The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service (IHS) anticipates an acquisition for the pharmacy renovation and expansion within the Quentin Burdick Memorial Health Facility located in Belcourt, ND. This project will correct USP deficiencies, renovate the existing pharmacy space and expand the pharmacy into the adjacent space that was formally utilized by Medical Records. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer at matt.sanders@ihs.gov The existing Pharmacy is approximately 2,800 SF. Medical Records is adjacent to the Pharmacy, sharing a common wall. Medical records will be digitizing/storing of site, the existing stored records and vacating the space of approximately 2,200 SF. The Pharmacy will expand in most of this space but there will be other administrative functions in this space as well. The entire 5,000 SF of space is included in this project for a complete renovation. The project includes two compounding rooms that are compliant with the latest versions of USP 797 and USP 800. The project also includes the renovation of consultation rooms, waiting area, administrative offices, reception/registration offices, and the main Pharmacy area and comply with USP 795. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Quentin Burdick Memorial Health Facility located in Belcourt, ND. Work included under this contract will be in Rolette County, North Dakota. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 300 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 300 calendar days CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
