Brightline Train Station Orlando

The project scope includes an east/west route from Orlando International Airport with stations near Universal Orlando Resort Epic Universe, the Orange County Convention Center and near South International Drive. Scope details have not been released. As of September 28, 2023 the project is in planning stage. The SunRail Central Florida Commuter Rail Commission will hear a presentation September 28, 2023 regarding the route. The Commission voted for the resolution of support for a proposed Sunshine Corridor on September 22, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
