The City of Lawrence, Kansas is proposing to contract with one or more qualified engineering and/or architectural firms for professional services associated with achieving the goals of the City's Strategic Plan related to development. The selected firm(s) will act as On-Call Consultants for various development tasks. The selection shall be for 3 years. The City may extend this selection for two additional one-year terms based upon performance. No Pre-Bid Conference Available
