| Description | The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the construction of two (2) recreational shooting sites (Church Camp and Saddleback Mountain) northwest of Phoenix, AZ near Lake Pleasant. Work includes construction of crushed aggregate parking area and access driveway with associated vehicle restriction barriers, pedestrian access trail to shooting platforms, shade structures, restroom facilities, installation of pipe culverts, installation of steel target structures with associated grading for earthen berms, installation of fencing, delineating hazardous exclusion areas, and associated signage.
