Professional services as Parish Engineer to include but not limited to: 1. Roadway (asphalt/ gravel) Design/ Construction. 2. Engineer Design Study for Drainage Projects 3. Assist the Administrative Staff with Construction Bid Packages. 4. Provide Bridge Ratings Calculations According to LADOTD Requirements. 5. Assist in Repair/ Design of Parish Bridges 6. Field Staking, On-Site Supervision of Construction Projects and Prepare Inspection Reports. 7. Construction Management to Include H&H Study, Environmental Assessment and Benefit Cost Analysis 8. Prepare Operating Maintenance and Manuals as Needed. 9. Conduct Final Inspections.
