Village Encinal Community Center Construction

The Pueblo of Laguna is requesting sealed bids for the construction of the Encinal Community Center in the Village of Encinal, New Mexico. The project is within the exterior boundary of the Pueblo of Laguna, NM. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete all applicable phases of the Scope of Work, as shown in the Plans and Specifications package of the project. Questions regarding the project or the technical requirements must be received in writing (including email to Priscilla Riley (pyriley@pol-nsn.gov) by (4:30pm) on (Monday, January 16, 2023) and all questions and responses will be provided to all potential Bidders. Addendums will be issued by Friday, January 20, 2023. All bids will be evaluated and selection will be completed in accordance with the Pueblo of Laguna Procurement process. The Request for Bids may be canceled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of the Pueblo of Laguna. BIDS MUST BE SIGNED BY A COMPANY OFFICIAL WITH AUTHORIZATION TO COMMIT THE FIRM. Bids are to be submitted on the bid form (Exhibit M - Schedule of Values) which is included in the Project Manual. Bids are to be valid for not less than 90 days from the bid closing.
