Renovate Base Theater, Bldg. 441

Design-Build: Modernize and update the interior of the Base Theater. The inside of the theater is out dated. The facility needs to be updated to current code and ADA standards. Renovation of this area is to include new finishes, stage curtains, updated sound attenuating wall curtains with sound attenuating wall panels, painted ceiling, new lighting (LED canned lights, wall scones, pendant lighting over concession area and LED path lighting, renovated concession area for event holders, updated bathrooms to ADA compliance, relocate janitors closet, luxury vinyl flooring, update projection room, and sensory room.
