Airport Flight Information Display System

Airport Flight Information Display System (FIDS) management firms interested in provided services to the SpringfieldBranson National Airport (”SGF” or “the Airport”). The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, tools, equipment, computer hardware and software, and training to install and maintain FIDS at SGF. 1. Provide, configure, and install at least 37 display monitors. As noted above at 2.3 the Airport currently has 37 monitors. The Airport would like to upgrade to larger monitors and is asking each bidder to give the Airport a price per monitor for the following sizes: 50-inch monitors, 55-inch monitors, 60-inch monitors and 70-inch monitors. 2. Shall provide easy-to-use web or cloud-based client access to allow the Airport, with the appropriate security rights to administer, create and edit and update flight, gate, airline logo and baggage information records and displays. 3. SGF Airport LAN is part of the City of Springfield, MO and resides behind the Airport’s firewall. Provide information on any security requirements for accessing remote resources through a firewall for review and approval by SGF Airport IT, such as TCP / UPD Ports used, VPN clients and other protocols. 4. Must allow the Airport, with the appropriate security rights to administer, create and edit and display Visual Paging messages airport wide in accordance with ADA guidelines.
