| Description | Tree Trimming and Maintenance All questions regarding this RFP are due on or before Friday, January 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. via email to: rfp22-104@sanjuan.edu with the subject line of "RFP 22-104 questions". Only questions submitted through this process will be accepted. All responses to questions regarding this RFP will be posted on our website January 27, 2023 on or before 4:00 p.m. Agreements and Bonds: The Contractor awarded a contract by the District will be required to acquire 100% performance and payment bonds for all individual projects $15,000 and above. Term of Contract: The initial contract shall be effective July 01, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and may be renewed annually at the discretion of the District, if mutually agreed upon, with a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. Contractor's License: Contractor must be in possession of a current and valid California State C-27, C61- Sub Category D49 Contractors License throughout the duration of the contract. |
