Description

**As of October 18, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of constructing: Construction of a new water treatment facility for the Quechan Indian Tribe on the Yuma Indian Reservation. A new pressure filtration system for treating groundwater will be installed. Work includes earthwork, installation of concrete pads, construction of a building and multiple equipment canopy structures, installation of tankage, installation of drying beds, roadway construction, subgrade piping installation, fencing construction, installation of treatment equipment and existing well and equipment demolition work. The Project has an expected duration of 487 days. The prevailing wage rates of the State of California do not apply to this contract nor do any requirements of the State of California associated with the use of these State Prevailing wages. Federal Davis-Bacon wage requirements do apply to this project. Notice is hereby given to any and all Contractors who bid on projects on trust land within the exterior boundaries of the Reservation that you are responsible for a one-time payment of the TERO fee which amounts to 2 Percent of the total amount of the contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
