Pima Road - Pinnacle Peak to Happy Valley - City of Scottsdale

Pima Road: Pinnacle Peak Road to Happy Valley Road Design, acquire right-of-way and construct a six-lane major arterial cross-section with landscaped median, turn lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, roadway drainage and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) facilities. An engineer and construction manager at-risk have been selected. As of July 28, 2022 this project is included in the updated City of Scottsdale FY 2022-2027 CIP. Construction is expected to begin summer of 2022. *Haydon Building Corp is the construction manager at-risk. *The original RFQ information below has been retained for historical purposes. The City of Scottsdale is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms (Engineer), for the development of final plans and construction documents for the widening of Pima Road from Pinnacle Peak Road to Happy Valley Road. The proposed project will widen Pima Road to three through lanes in each direction with a raised median, curb and gutter, bike lanes, sidewalk and drainage improvements from 500-feet north of Pinnacle Peak Road to approximately 1/4-mile north of Happy Valley Road. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
