Fiberglass Fish Tanks

Description: | • Tank shall be constructed of varying hand laid layers of 1.5 ounce mat glass fiber reinforcement, with 24 ounce woven roving fiber reinforcement core materials and a corrosion resistant isophthalic resin throughout. • The inner surface layer of each tank shall consist of a smooth polished layer of corrosion resistant isophthalic gel coat having a total finish thickness of no less than 20 millimeters. • Minimum overall wall thickness is 3/16 inch. • Gel coat exterior is gray, gel coat interior is black. • Fiberglass tank will be provided with a recessed sump in center of tank that will accept a 6" sch 40 PVC pipe and sump must also have a 4" sch 40-90 elbow at the center of the sump. Tank Dimensions: o CircularTank o 6" sch 40 PVC to hold center stand pipe, 4" sch 40 PVC drain o 4 legs built to clear 4" sch 40 PVC Drain pipe o Tank inside height: 48 inches o Tank bottom radius will be rounded to a radius of 1.5" on 45 degrees from corner o Top flange: 3 inches o Slopping bottom of 1.5" from edge to center of tank.
