Nancy Creek at Windsor Meadows Stream and Water Quality Improvements Project

The stream banks of Nancy Creek at the Project site are approximately 12 feet tall and much of the streambank has no vegetative cover and is actively eroding. The implementation of this Project will stabilize the streambank on approximately 200 linear feet and redirect the main stem flow during bankfull and smallerevents to provide a significant reduction in the sediment load which will contribute to meeting the sediment reduction goal of the TMDL plan for Nancy Creek. The instream structure used to redirect flow will also improve fish habitat. The proposed RSC will treat runoff from paved areas along Windsor Parkway that do not currently receive any treatment prior to discharge into Nancy Creek.
