Recycle Collection Services

Sealed proposals will be accepted to solicit proposals for curbside recycling collection services for all residential properties that are eligible for recycle collection and commercial properties that are currently participating in the recycling program within the city limits, per the specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions shall be directed to Melissa Farley, Public Services Manager, via email mfarley@midland-mi.org with Recycle Collection Services" in the subject line prior to January 30, 2023 2:00 P.M. Request for Proposal and all its pages, documents and attachments, including those added subsequently by written notice, submitted and properly executed, shall constitute the contract between the City of Midland and the successful vendor when approved and accepted by the City. certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
