Main Street House Springs Reconstruction

Main Street House Springs will receive 5' wide concrete sidewalks on both sides of the road and cross walks installed at both ends of the project. The project begins approximately 150' north of Church Street at ends at the County maintenance at Highway MM. Decorative, stamped, sidewalks, rolled curb and gutter, and closed drainage will also be installed as off-street improvements. Forty-five degree and parallel parking stalls shall be construction in certain locations. The roadway will be reconstructed with a typical section that includes 4" of base rock, 8" of asphalt base, and 2" of an asphalt wearing surface. Construction shall be staged and a detour plan is provided. New pavement markings, entrances, and landscaping is also included within the project
