Design Build Services for Replacement of Loest Road Bridge Over Long Branch Creek

The scope of work required of the selected design-build firm (the "Design-Builder") for Replacement of Loest Road Bridge over Long Branch Creek shall include but it shall not be limited to the following: Final design of bypass road with MOT, permitting with Traffic Engineering for 10-set approval, and construction of the box culvert replacement bridge, approach guardrails and bridge railing, 480 If of two-lane asphalt roadway, roadside ditches, and channel stabilization. The project shall be designed to comply with current City of Jacksonville and FDOT Standards and will include the following features: a.Clearing and Grubbing within limits of work. b.Re-Design of bypass roadway with new temporary traffic control plans. Get revised MOT 10-Set approval. c Construction of bypass roadway and creek bypass flow. d. Demolition of existing two-way timber bridge structure. e. Construction of triple box culverts and endwalls and channel erosion protection. f Construction of two 10 foot asphalt travel lanes over box culverts and mill and resurface remaining roadway, widths to match existing. g Place and maintain erosion protection over all areas disturbed by this construction throughout the project
