Anacostia Fuel Island Upgrade

Remove four (4) existing fuel dispenser (Two (2) Gasohol and Two (2) Diesel) and replace with new product high flow dispensers. Demolish and haul off-site existing concrete island and related materials. Remove and replace four (4) dispenser containment sumps. (Two (2) Gasohol and Two (2) Diesel). Reconstruct concrete fuel island and install four (4) new dispenser containment sumps. Temporarily disconnect and remove existing fuel lines, line leak detectors, sensors, probes, valves, and other related components inside the dispenser containment sumps. Reconnect all devices, apparatuses, and material once new containment sumps are installed and perform required testing. Temporarily disconnect and remove the existing EJ Ward Fuel Management System. System shall be reconnected, tested, and operational once all other related work is completed. Temporarily disconnect and remove UST electrical devices and related equipment. Reconnect, test and make operational once all other related work is completed. Decommission existing Gasohol Stage II Vapor Recovery System.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
