Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Creek Rush at Cross Creek Ranch, Section Seven Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer Facilities, and Reinforced Concrete Paving for Fort Bend County MUD No. 169, Fort Bend County, Texas," Scope of Project: 1,200 LF of 6-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 1,230 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 1,020 LF of 24-inch through 42-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 5,125 SY of 8-in Subgrade Preparation 4,585 SY of 6-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 2,495 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb Storm Water Pollution Control Restoration of the site Lot Grading There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through website. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The deadline to ask questions is 9/23/2022 10:00 AM CST BIDDER agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 10.01 of the General Conditions within sixty (60) calendar days
