Scope of Work The quantity of backflow devices throughout Fowler district is 34. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and materials required to complete the job. All plumbing repairs and extra work associated with this contract shall be performed by district contracted plumber. Back Flow Inspections/Repairs 2" or less line 2"-4" line 6"-8" line
