| Description | 1. Double ground hardwood bark mulch, non-dyed. 2. Mulch shall be of good quality, uniform in texture and color, and suitable for landscaping applications. 3. Estimated annual quantity: 450-650 cubic yards. 4. The contractor shall deliver on request to: 1300 Pen Park Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901 or other areas designated by the City. Contractor shall have 10 days from receipt of the Purchase Order to make a delivery. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for unloading all materials and placing them in an area designated by the City. 6. Prices shall be F.O.B. Destination Prepaid and Allowed and shall include all charges that may be imposed during the term of this contract | ||
