| Description | The Project shall generally consist of guardrail, sign and fence maintenance on an as-needed basis authorized by the City of Riverside. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County and the City of Riverside, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239.
