| Description | The selected contractor shall perform necessary repair of roofing at Maloney Elementary School. The Contractor will be responsible for all labor, material and equipment to: Excavate to deck surface and remove all wet insulation and associated layers of roof. Redo exposed area to match existing layers that were removed. Install new vapor barrier on existing deck if its damaged during removal of insulation. There are twelve (12) areas of wet insulation as showing on the map provided below. The total amount of wet insulation equals approximately 221 square feet. The amount of wet insulation is approximately 1.8% of the total roof area. |
