General Contractor for Facilities Improvement Projects

Trinity Metro is seeking a General Contractor to perform remodeling projects at several Trinity Metro facilities. Projects will involve but not limited to painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and construction. The works shall be done as per drawings and pictures, scope of work, specifications and General contract conditions. This project requires an experienced contractor execute the job. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material tools, equipment, supervision and other related items required to the complete the project as per scopes of work and specifications defined in task orders. Examples of work currently budgeting for this year are listed below. The selected contractor will work with Trinity Metro to finalize the scopes of work and complete the projects.
