| Description | Roof tear- off and replacement. Replace any damage sheathing or roof lath as need. Install Ice and snow guard per code and install new water barrier over the rest of roof per code. Remove old brick chimney below the roof line and sleeve with appropriate liner through the roof. Connection to mechanicals in the basement. Rain cap must be installed. 30-year architectural shingles minimum requirement Owens Corning preferred not mandatory. The roof over the bay window will need special attention, being stripped and completely redone. Tuck point around the foundation as needed. All work will require permits, one for building and one mechanical. |
