2022 SACWSD Wastewater System Rehabilitation

The project generally consists of rehabilitating deteriorated 8 and 10-inch sanitary sewer mains with a cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner and appurtenances for the South Adams County Water and Sanitation District in Commerce City, Adams County, Colorado. The project is located on several different streets in the same general area, generally bound by E. 69th Avenue on the north, Kearney Street to the west, E. 62nd Avenue on the south, and Olive Street on the east. The project consists of installing approximately 23,600 lineal feet of 8-inch CIPP, 2,200 lineal feet of 10-inch CIPP, removing and replacing approximately 20 sewer main cleanouts with new manholes, removing and replacing approximately 60 manhole ring and covers, completing 12 point repairs to the existing sewer main prior to CIPP lining, including 2 trenchless point repairs, and rehabilitation of 95 existing sewer manholes with a spray applied lining system.
