Description

Louisville Metro Government is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) firms for both Pre-Construction Phase services and Construction Phase services for the renovation of the property known as 601 West Chestnut Street (former AT&T Building), Louisville, Kentucky. Proposer is required to furnish a Proposal (Bid) Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of its base Proposal. This may be in the form of a Proposal (Bid) Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check. No personal checks will be accepted. The Proposal (Bid) Bond shall be supplied at the time of the Proposal closing. The selected CMAR must furnish Payment and Performance Bonds, in an amount equal to 100% of the Project's contract price as surety for the faithful performance of this contract.
