Description Edgewood Road to Wayside Place Storm Upgrade (Sheet C-1 and C-2 of the Design Drawings) will replace approximately 550 LF of existing storm sewers with new 15", 18", and 24" storm sewers, and will replace 10 storm structures. The work will require extensive work on private property that will require coordination with property owners throughout the duration of construction. Edgewood Road to Wayside Place Storm Upgrade shall have an approximate 14 week construction duration (to be constructed between May 20, 2019 and August 22, 2019 during the University of Virginia summer break). Kenwood Lane Storm Upgrade (Sheet C-3 of the Design Drawings) will replace an existing storm sewer with approximately 380 LF of new 15" storm sewer, and will require the installation of 5 new storm structures. Kenwood Lane shall be constructed after Edgewood Road to Wayside Place Storm Upgrade has been completed, and will have a construction duration of approximately ten weeks (August 26, 2019 to October 31, 2019). The work for the Project will also include traffic control, pavement restoration, installing soil and erosion control devices, performing complete restoration as required, and performing all other miscellaneous work required to complete the Project.
