Wet Lab Addition and Renovations

Work will consist of but not limited to: 1. Demolition of interior construction. 2. 266 sq.ft. addition with cmu walls and 2x wood roof framing and membrane roof. 3. Interior build-out, casework and finishes. 4. New EIFS to exterior to addition and existing building. 5. Installation of new wood covered porch and walkway. 6. Installation of new exterior concrete slabs.
