Description

Installation of a fluid applied roofing membrane, existing roof repair, removal and replacement of wet insulation substrate material, and cleaning and preparations. 1. Rehabilitation and replacement of base flashing. 2. Application of Fluid Applied Roofing Membrane and Flashing over existing membrane roofing. 3. Provide all warranties as noted in specification section 07 01 50.74 "Rehabilitation of Roofing". 4. Contractor is responsible for patching any openings that were opened and/or damaged during construction procedure. 5. Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment for the installation of the Work.
