Description

To provide routine mowing services. The services would be performed on City-owned parcels and adjacent boulevards. The request includes 57 properties located throughout the City. The total area is approximately 10.09 acres or 439,330 square feet with an average lot size of 7,707 square feet. Each lot is to be mowed once every four weeks. The order of mowing and how the mowing is dispersed over the four week period is at the contractor’s discretion.
