Description Purchase of chemical treatment services that include chemicals, technical services, consulting, testing, and balancing of the systems for the open cooling tower system, closed chilled water system, hot water system, boiler feed, and condensate water system. The water treatment contractor shall be a recognized organization, active in the field of industrial water treatment for at least twenty years, whose major business is water treatment. The water treatment supplier shall provide chemical treatment services that include chemicals, technical services, consulting, testing, and balancing of the systems herein, for the open cooling tower system, closed chilled water system, hot water system, boiler feed, and condensate water systems. The contractor shall provide a fixed quarterly price to include all chemicals, equipment, and services required to fully treat and maintain all systems. The monthly water treatment program shall cost-effectively optimize equipment and piping life; minimize water and chemical use; maximize safety; minimize environmental impact; and minimize container handling and operator workload.
