Site Improvements at Goldsmith Manor

Work of this Contract comprises of the removal and disposal of the existing asphalt pavement system and curbing in part in its entirety and providing new bituminous asphalt paving system, granite curbing and re-striping. Providing and infilling with new bituminous pavement system patch, sealcoating and re-striping of parking lot and removal of asphalt sidewalks and installation of concrete sidewalks and accessible ramps as noted on the construction documents. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) information as shown on drawings and as specified B. The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction for the Owner, including all incidental work as required or described in the contract documents. C. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
