Description	Georgia Piedmont Technical College is proposing to build a 14,100 GSF Regional Transportation Center on their existing Marbut Road location in Lithonia Georgia.The training center would be instrumental in producing high-demand, skilled workers for the transportation industry, notably commercial truck drivers, logistics and distribution workers. The new facility would replace deteriorating modular instructional space and allow for continued growth in these critical programs. The preliminary stated (construction) cost limitation (SCL) for the Project is estimated to be in the $4,089,110.00 range. The final SCL may differ due to actual program requirements, funding, and other circumstances.
