Description

The project consists of water main replacement and street pavement replacement in the City's Congdon Park neighborhood along portions of Ridgewood Road, Mellwood Avenue, Crescent View Avenue, Pinewood Lane, East 3 rd Street, and East 4 th Street. The work includes: 5,414 HDPE feet of water main, 242 feet of storm sewer pipe, 2,730 feet on concrete curb and gutter, and 3,619 tons of plant mixed asphalt pavement.
