Description | CENTRAL LINCOLN PEOPLES UTILITY DISTRICT L9 POLE REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID NUMBER 04-001-23 The structures include single, double, triple, and self-supporting steel pole designs. Structures are located near Newport, Oregon. Workers must be qualified to work within NESC supply space. All material will be provided by Central Lincoln. To obtain a copy of the bid form, and project specifications, contractors or their representatives MUST attend a mandatory project pre-bid meeting. Bid packages will not be mailed, prior to, or after the project pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be the only time a contractor is able to obtain the complete bid package and meet with the project manager at the job site prior to award. Contractors that would like to be on the bidders list must be pre-approved prior to the mandatory project pre-bid meeting. To get on the bidders list or for more information on this project contact Jennifer Watkins at 541-574-2063 before 10:00 a.m. on July 18th. Note: No bid documents, or specifications, will be submitted to any plan centers. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for peoples utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so. |
