Lawndale Park

Cleveland County Water will accept sealed bids for the construction of the Lawndale Park project. Requests for information shall utilize the pre-bid question form included in the project manual and be directed to the Landscape Architect via email at alex@dbdplanning.com. Please direct all questions to Alex Gotherman, PLA at alex@dbdplanning.com Cleveland County Water reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Vendors submitting bids are encouraged to solicit Minority Business Enterprise / Women's Business Enterprise Participation in fulfilling their contract. The bid should indicate MBE/WBE areas of involvement. The successful bidder shall comply with all Federal and State requirements concerning fair employment and treatment of all employees, without regard or discrimination by reason of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin or physical handicap. The undersigned agrees to commence work within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the bid and complete the project within 365 calendar days.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
