El Nido Senior Care Facility

Project entails construction of a a three-story, 27,947-square-foot residential care facility with 48 rooms with a capacity of 84 beds in the primary building on a 0.7-acre parcel. Also, an existing 2,674-square-foot house on the site would be moved to the eastern portion of the property and refurbished with the addition of a kitchen, front porch and covered access breezeway that would connect the new primary building to the house. The addition would be designed to be compatible with the architectural character of the existing house and would be designed with a dining hall on the ground floor for the Care Facility and a second-floor office for facility administration.
