Project YTPM 22-0003, Repair Barrel Roof Hangar 1, Bldg. 7087, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA Solicitation No - FA660624R0003, FA664318D0006 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous services to accomplish this work in strict accordance with the specifications (dated April 2023), drawings, and all associated documents. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238160 (Roofing Contractors), with a size standard of $19 million. The contractor is required to be certified in SAM when the proposal is submitted. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email to Ewa Gosselin, Contracting Officer (ewa. gosselin@us.af.mil). All questions shall be submitted and received no later than THURSDAY, 14 MARCH 2024, COB. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All questions with answers will be posted to SAM.gov as an amendment to the solicitation announcement. IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
