Tree Trimming, Cutting, Removal and De-Mossing at Courthouse Square

The licensed contractor shall be responsible for Tree Trimming, Tree Removal and De-Mossing of Trees for Courthouse Square. (a) All required labor, materials, tools, safety equipment, supervision, transportation, insurance, and all other ancillary items/services necessary to complete the required tree trimming, tree removal, de-mossing (100% removal of all moss and vegetation responsible for adding extra weight to tree limbs), and debris. Debris shall be removed daily, however if on-site-lay-down is required, all debris shall be stored in the designated lots until removal. (b) The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits. (c) All tree limbs must be pre-approved prior to removal. (d) The licensed contractor is responsible for adhering to, and strictly following all recommendations provided by the project manager. (e) The awarded contractors shall provide and install all construction signs, pavement markings, barricades, cordon and all other safety controls for the duration of the required work. All M.O.T. (Maintenance of Traffic) is to be coordinated with the City of Kissimmee. Combined Goal LSBE and MWBE:25%
