Description

Contractor shall provide and install a new 14,000 BTU Mini-split Heat Pump to condition a storage building. All vents shall be sealed with sheet metal. Provide power to the new HVAC unit from the main building located adjacent from the storage building. Provide additional materials and workmanship as needed for a turnkey project. Provide factory start up and ensure unit is operating to full capacity. All equipment, materials are to be new with full manufacturer’s warranty. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 1 year warranty on workmanship.
