Inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to the Purchasing Department, Marie Hampton, Purchasing Manager, e-mail at mhampton@clpccd.org No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any and all items of such bids. This bid shall also be subject to any and all applicable laws, regulations and standards. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. Contract Time The Contract Time for the Contractors Substantial Completion of the Work is forty nine (49) Calendar days after the date for commencement of the Work as set forth in the Notice to Proceed issued by or on behalf of the District to the Contractor. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date of August 16, 2023. Liquidated Damages : ($500.00)
