Description

To establish two contracts, a primary and secondary vendor, for Hot Mix Asphalt through this invitation. When material is required, the primary vendor will be contacted first. If the primary vendor is unable to service the City’s needs, the secondary vendor will be contacted. If either vendor is unable to meet the City’s needs on any given day, that vendor loses a potential sale, but no further penalties are imposed upon either party. The term of the contract will be for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods.
