| Description | Replace existing Semi-Instantaneous water heaters that are served by the existing building hot water reheat loop with new plate and frame water heaters, while keeping the building domestic hot water service downtime to a minimum. Replace existing mixing valves with digital valves, and add new Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Components, including controls by Automated Logic Controls, to interface with new skid-mounted unit.
