Construction and Materials Laboratory Preventative Maintenance 2022

Preventive Maintenance services for the Mechanical/HVAC, Temperature Control/Building Automation, and Plumbing at the VTrans Construction and Materials Laboratory building located at 2178 Airport Road in Berlin. The program uses documentation and procedures specific to each mechanical system and equipment (preventative maintenance program and maintenance logbook). The equipment supporting the Data Center is included under the scope of this contract, this equipment includes the generator, UPS and the dedicated air conditioning unit. Equipment Operation and Maintenance manuals have been provided in most cases as well as equipment inspection sheets. The program was developed using the available documentation to generate the equipment lists. Through a process that includes ongoing feedback with the owner, the documentation and maintenance procedures may possibly be revised during the course of this contract to facilitate a more streamlined process.
