Description This sources sought is for planning purposes only. The work to be performed under project number DKFX 08-10306, consists of renovating the HVAC in Building 174. The work includes demolition, site work, concrete, concrete masonry units (CMU) HVAC, and plumbing. The building is comprised mostly of a combination of administrative spaces, large meeting rooms and smaller conference rooms and it is single story with a combination of brick and metal panel walls. The building serves by two different types of systems. The front area and large rooms are served by a 30 ton DX VAV HVAC Unit with multiple terminal units throughout the facility. The 20 ton system serving the back area of the building is a constant volume unit with exposed ductwork within the space with drum louvers distributing air. Building electrical service is not expected to change as a result of this renovation.
