Lancaster Tree Removal

Broome DDSOO is seeking a contractor to remove 12 trees. Successful bidder shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the below scope of work and general requirements. A site visit is mandatory to bid on this project. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Remove 12 trees from the property. Trees will be identified at the site visit. 2. Stump grinding will be required for trees that are removed from the lawn. These trees will be identified at the site visit. All holes left by stump grinding shall be filled in with topsoil and tamped. 3. All wood, branches, and any other debris generated by tree removal shall be removed by contractor. 4. All damage to the lawn or property shall be restored by contractor. 5. All work shall comply with local noise ordnances, OSHA Safety regulations, and any other applicable regulation. Work must be completed within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. All work performed as part of this job is to be coordinated with the Facility Contact listed above. Prevailing Wages and Certified Payroll: This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid. A New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Request is submitted on behalf of OPWDD as the contracting agency. This project will be assigned an Original Wage Schedule with an assigned Prevailing Rate Case number
