Description

Engineering firm to prepare a 2021 - Water System Master Plan (“Project”). The consultant will be required to analyze existing available databases and the City’s General Plan, and Laughlin Ranch and Fox Creek Master Plans to create city-wide hydraulic scenarios that simulate existing and future distribution/transmission conditions, using the latest version of Innovyze or other approved hydraulic modeling software of substantially similar capability, for the preparation of a long-term Water System Master Plan. Consultant shall also update and confirm the accuracy of detailed GIS maps provided to the City from EPCOR of the water system, review and provide options for additional production capacity including surface water treatment, review system storage capacity and provide options for optimizing storage capacity. The water system contains approximately 400,000-LF of 4-inch water mains. The consultant will provide a study to show the phasing and line sizing for the replacement of these water mains as well as other distribution system improvements.
