Description

Plans call for the construction of 18 cottage units. As of October 2, 2020, this project is in the early planning stages, and received recommendation of approval from the Anacortes Planning Commission to move forward to City Council. The project is awaiting permitting. The owner will also be the builder. A firm timeline has not been announced, however, construction is unlikely to begin prior to first quarter of 2021.
