Wheatley Heights Sports Complex

The scope of work for this facility is for the construction of (2) new structures, sitework, and landscaping at the existing Wheatley Heights Sports Complex multi-use facility to include an event hall and a fieldhouse. The event hall consists of event space, office, restrooms, and support spaces in a new 5,140 SF structure. The fieldhouse consists of two locker rooms, toilet and shower facilities, and support spaces in a new 3,220 SF structure. Additionally, three (3) alternates are also being proposed: Raise Height of folding panel partition and furr down: Base Bid Item: 10 foot tall folding panel partition Alternate Item: 14 foot tall folding panel partition Entry Canopies at Fieldhouse: Base Bid Item: Cable suspended Avadek Canopies Alternate Item: Structural framed standing seam canopies with steel tube columns. Standing seam panel to match Event Hall upper roof. Include modifications to the foundation for the columns. Concealed fastener metal soffit panels in Event Hall interior and exterior overhang: Base Bid Item: MBC 12 inch wide Artisan panels with Signature 300 standard color as shown in drawings. Alternate Item: MAC Metal Architectural 6 inch wide Harrywood MHQC 1370 with Tetural IV paint.
